About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $122,000 – $152,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Optimize product supply chains to meet product launch deadlines and market demand
- Collaborate closely with teams to reduce lead times and maintain quality standards
- Manage daily supplier interactions to ensure on-time delivery and operational effectiveness
- Monitor and manage total supply chain costs to align with profitability margins
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers without compromising product quality
- Evaluate production constraints and manage manufacturing capacity for future needs
- Build and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors to support operational goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in global supply chain management or complex manufacturing, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Medical Device, Aerospace, Automotive, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional and external teams to meet aggressive timelines without direct authority
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on both operational details and high-level strategies
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and design for manufacturing/assembly/cost metrics
- Proficient in enterprise software and knowledgeable in ERP and supply chain management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for navigating complex discussions
- Willingness to travel globally between 5% and 10% as required
