About the role

We are seeking an Operations Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end program and project execution and distribution center operations for our diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include coordinating across various teams to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client programs and projects, including execution, fulfillment, and inventory support
  • Aid operations program managers by serving as the secondary point of contact for internal and external clients to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with program/project managers and stakeholders to support goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Cross-functionally coordinate with program/project management, fulfillment, kitting, shipping, and production teams
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and job statuses to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate updates, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, while supporting issue resolution and escalation
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of program/project data and warehouse management system (WMS) entries
  • Assist with process improvements, including documentation and workflow streamlining
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as directed by management

Requirements

  • Associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project coordination, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience working directly with internal and external customers
  • Experience in printing, retail, fulfillment, or distribution environments (a major plus!)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Qualifications

  • A thorough and organized approach to work with close attention to details on every project
  • Strong technical skills, proficient in or ready to learn Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, TBG systems, and various software and hardware
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and proactive in seeking out customer and corporate needs
  • Accurately complete projects within deadlines, meeting company and customer quality standards
  • Effective time management and self-management skills to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and maintaining the confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and a fast-paced distribution environment
  • Flexibility to change and a customer-focused mindset
