About the role
The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing support to the operations team. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Cover for absent team members and assist with project coordination.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, triaging requests and escalating issues as necessary.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.
Skills
- Administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay
$50,000 annually.
Schedule
