Operations Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define, deliver, and adapt specialized financial products that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems
• Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the development or engineering program
• Execute product testing, including end-to-end and integration testing, to validate functionality, performance, and system interactions
• Operate in a tools and technology-driven environment, leveraging testing frameworks and QA tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Identify, document, and support resolution of defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Maintain operational systems by monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle, including development and marketing, to maintain competitive positioning
• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities

Pay

Total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.

Schedule

The position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, allowing for flexibility and collaboration. In-office days are three per week, averaging 12 days per month, with offices located in St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI.
