About the Role

Provide operational support to maintain Selling Agreements, amendments, and commission schedules. Maintenance of active broker/dealer records, onboarding new firms along with their corporate insurance licenses to sell our products. Maintenance of commission systems with rate changes along with reconciling commission errors in the system on a weekly basis (RECON).

  • Assist the following teams internally: Sales, SRM, Strategic Accounts, Compliance, Legal, Audit Team, Product Management, New Business, Compensation, Licensing, QA/Adjustments, IT, IFM, ABSS, Marketing and Call Teams
  • Assist the following externally: Broker/Dealers, Agencies and State Dept. of Insurance
  • Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment while executing with attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a production-oriented environment by applying your excellent customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to carefully manage and prioritize a large caseload for product launches
  • Performance will be measured based on the volume of tasks assigned and the quality of the work

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage emails
  • Ability to work successfully in a structured fast-paced team environment which means your day will go by fast. You must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities
  • Track record of effectively managing multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Woodland Hills, CA; Houston, TX or Amarillo, TX Office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
