About The Role

  • Provide operational support to maintain Selling Agreements, amendments, and commission schedules.
  • Maintain active broker/dealer records, onboard new firms, and manage their corporate insurance licenses to sell our products.
  • Maintain commission systems with rate changes and reconcile commission errors weekly (RECON).
  • Assist internal teams: Sales, SRM, Strategic Accounts, Compliance, Legal, Audit Team, Product Management, New Business, Compensation, Licensing, QA/Adjustments, IT, IFM, ABSS, Marketing, and Call Teams.
  • Support external stakeholders: Broker/Dealers, Agencies, and State Department of Insurance.
  • Work in a highly time-sensitive environment while executing with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a production-oriented environment by applying excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload, especially for product launches.
  • Performance is measured based on the volume of tasks assigned and the quality of work.

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage emails.
  • Ability to work successfully in a structured, fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Track record of effectively managing multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Woodland Hills, CA; Houston, TX; or Amarillo, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which combines in-office and remote work.

Estimated travel: Up to 25%.
