About the role
This role supports a high-volume operations team focusing on processing transactions and requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work within SLAs. The position is non-phone, primarily operational processing, workflow management, and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions and requests accurately and promptly
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support account maintenance, estate processing, and transaction support
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of operations, back-office processing, administrative support, or related experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with financial services, banking, wealth management, brokerage, or investment industries
- Experience with operational processing, account maintenance, estate processing, or transaction support
- Experience with Beta systems or similar financial platforms
- Experience utilizing Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and macros
Qualifications
- Financial services experience and familiarity with operational processing environments are preferred
- Additional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service are beneficial

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
