About the role
The Regional Director of Operations Planning & Analytics serves as the operational business partner to the Regional Operations Director, providing the planning, forecasting, analytics, and operational intelligence necessary to proactively lead the region.
Responsibilities
- Integrates resource planning, project forecasting, backlog management, utilization, Salesforce opportunity management, project startup, executive reporting, and operational analytics into a single operating framework that enables better business decisions.
- Creates the operational discipline, visibility, and data integrity required for Regional Leadership to effectively manage workload, staffing, financial performance, hiring strategy, project delivery, and regional growth.
- Serves as the single source of truth for operational data while partnering with Project Managers, Office Leaders, Client Executives, Practice Leaders, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to ensure consistent execution across the region.
- Establishes repeatable processes, operating rhythms, executive dashboards, and forecasting practices that can scale across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations planning, analytics, and project management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce opportunity management and project startup processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of best practices in resource allocation and utilization.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $89,888.00 - $134,832.00 for California locations.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity.
