Manager, Operations Reporting & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manages operational reporting and analytics functions for the health system.
• Supervises the development, review, and distribution of dashboards and reports critical for successful operating performance.
• Translates business data into meaningful information and clearly communicates critical information to leadership to improve performance and decision making.
• Provides consultative, technical, and decision-making support to entity and system support management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all patient, provider, and company data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field Required
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration Preferred
• 5 years of progressive experience in operational and financial reporting and analysis in a health care organization required
• Advanced computer skills with a strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs along with experience using business intelligence and decision support systems required
• Experience using healthcare and business software packages and database systems; Tableau experience preferred
