What You’ll Do

• C Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist)
• Take clear photos and document unit condition
• Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks
• Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups)
• Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
• Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready

Requirements

• Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
