Operations & Office Manager
About the role
We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to own and elevate our day-to-day office experience. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable work environment, while supporting company operations and helping scale our internal processes as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities while tracking and maintaining inventory levels
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service quality
- Coordinate and execute team events, both in-office and offsite, including logistics and budgeting
- Oversee company merchandise, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution
- Avoid non-compliance with health, safety, and security standards
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
- Cover maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
- Partner with leadership to improve workplace policies, processes, and overall employee experience
Requirements
We’re looking for 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail are required. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership is preferred. Experience supporting employee experience initiatives and familiarity with workplace tools and basic IT setup are nice to have.
