About the role

The Reading SLP exists to empower speech-language pathologists to build wildly fun and wildly profitable literacy-focused practices. We help SLPs who feel stuck in their careers gain the training to support literacy with their students and those who want to grow a business. We do this through courses, masterminds, coaching, and special programs. We are seeking an Operations & Member Success Coordinator to serve as the trusted executor for a visionary founder.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the founder and the member community.
    • Handle customer service and member questions with warmth and care.
    • Manage billing and billing inquiries, refunds, and renewal issues.
    • Check in on member messages at the beginning and end of each day, Monday–Thursday, and keep response times tight and consistent.
    • Be a conduit for member feedback and surface themes, common questions, and ideas.
  • Build and maintain landing pages, email flows, products, and member access inside Kajabi, ThriveCart, and ConvertKit (Kit).
    • Build out automations, tripwires, and filters.
    • Help build out and maintain Monday.com.
    • Reverse-engineer and clean up existing setups.
  • Take an idea from the founder and run with it through to completion.
    • Create and improve processes and SOPs as the business grows, replacing clunky workflows with smoother ones.
  • Program + Event Support (Growth Area)
    • Support live calls and program touchpoints.
    • Periodically attend founder's monthly live call and the bi-weekly WhatsApp/voice touchpoints.
    • Provide additional support around the twice-yearly virtual summits (March & September), when volume and visibility rise. These additional hours are compensated separately.
    • Grow into more strategic input over time. Weighing in on what will land with members and helping shape program direction.

  • Experience supporting a small, online, service-based business, including visibility into the marketing side.
  • Comfort adapting to software, specifically Kajabi, ThriveCart, and ConvertKit.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer service inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms like Slack and WhatsApp.
  • Passion for empowering speech-language pathologists and helping them grow their practices.
  • Ability to weigh in on strategic decisions and help shape the direction of the program.
