The Operations Manager at Enclave BioActives

We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of project strategy, execution, and growth. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of various projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful business results. You'll work closely with leadership while partnering across internal teams and external agencies to ensure the projects you own are progressing and successful.

What You'll Own

• Project Ownership - manage projects and turn them into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes while ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on execution
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration - work across departments to ensure projects move forward efficiently and obstacles are removed quickly
• AI & Operational Innovation - identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation across marketing, operations, customer experience, and internal workflows
• Vendor & Partner Management - build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and other strategic partners

You're a Fit If...

• You have at least 8 years of experience in the health, wellness, supplement, or direct-to-consumer eCommerce industry
• You've successfully managed projects and large-scale initiatives in fast-growing businesses
• You have deep experience with content marketing, SEO, social media, and organic growth strategies
• You've built, managed, or scaled creator, influencer, ambassador, or affiliate programs
• You understand how AI can be leveraged to improve productivity, decision-making, marketing performance, and operational efficiency
• You know how to influence teams, drive accountability, and move projects forward
• You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and execution matters
• You care more about results than job titles
