Operations Manager - Warehouse

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of Levata's Louisville, Kentucky warehouse, reporting to the Director of Warehouse. This role includes leading warehouse personnel, managing inventory and fulfillment activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and production support.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to ensure operational objectives are met.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and performance goals.
• Partner with internal departments to support customer needs and maintain service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations leadership experience.
• Previous experience leading warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse environment preferred.
