Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day operation across all departments.
- Ensure operational consistency, quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor business performance through operational reports and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, support and challenge department managers to achieve outstanding results.
- Build accountability through regular performance conversations.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support managers in developing their teams and executing Individual Development Plans.
- Partner closely with HR to identify development opportunities and strengthen engagement.
- Ensure every guest receives an exceptional luxury experience.
- Act as the escalation point for complex guest situations.
- Monitor guest feedback and NPS results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead service recovery when required.
- Partner closely with the Site Director on strategic and operational priorities.
- Act as Site Director during periods of absence.
- Contribute to building a high-performing leadership team.
