Operations Manager - Telecommunications Construction

Job Summary

The Operations Manager role at National Technologies (NTI) involves implementing processes and practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Specific knowledge or skills related to the position.

Education And Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principals.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Physical abilities (lift requirements, standing, sitting).
• Specific equipment safety usage.
