Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store.
• Maintains an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
• Manages, supervises, and assigns activities to the store's crew.
• Communicates information to the store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Works with the Store Manager to develop action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Affords customers assistance with their questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promotes the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 - $29.00.
