Operations Manager rx

About the role

The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health. They lead the store's operations, supervise the team, and support the Store Manager in improving store performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture
• Manage pharmacy functions, including promoting a path to better health, educating customers, and managing workflow procedures

Requirements

• Leadership, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Must be registered, and maintain registration, according to local and state pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor preferred but not required
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state
