Operations Manager - Repair Services (Central Indiana)
About the role
The Operations Manager oversees a team of 30 responsible for receiving, repairing, and shipping electronic equipment to customers. Reporting to the Vice President - Products and Services, this role is fully accountable for day-to-day operations, team leadership, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee repair operations and set quality, turnaround time, and productivity expectations
- Hire, coach, and develop employees
- Manage schedules and workload
- Ensure team has necessary tools, training, and processes
- Lead continuous improvement of workflow, efficiency, and accountability
- Manage operating budget, control costs, and oversee P&L performance
- Track key operational metrics and report to leadership
- Support customer service and sales by ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and managing expedite requests, equipment status updates, and shipment timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operations or leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in a repair, service, or technical operations environment
- Comfortable managing priorities, solving operational problems, and communicating clearly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Schedule
