About the Role

This is a leadership position in the PS ATL Operation. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure departmental service quality. Responsibilities include providing real-time feedback to associates, addressing customer service challenges, and leading the Control Room, F&B, Hospitality, and Housekeeping teams. The Operations Manager will collaborate across all departments as a leader and report to the Managing Director ATL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all designated teams, contributing to recruitment and future leadership development.
• Evaluate staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
• Manage day-to-day operations and departments to maintain service quality and SOP standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and their leaders.
• Effectively manage PS relationships with TSA, CBP, City of Atlanta Aviation Department, and other government organizations.
• Lead service recovery opportunities.
• Review EAST reports, making recommendations for remedial action and process improvements.
• Work with the Head of Training and Head of Member Experience to develop training and operations in line with member feedback.
• Identify training needs and work with the Managing Director ATL on operational process design, resources, and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations experience required.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience desired.
• Able to take direction well and apply feedback.
• Executes current role and evolving standards with precision.
• Excellent communication skills with members, employees, and partners (TSA, CBP, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal aptitude to guide operational staff effectively.
• Identifies potential problems and points of friction, finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Fully open schedule availability and flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts (PS is a 24-hour facility).

Internal applicants must have supervisory experience at PS.
