About the role
The Operations Manager oversees all day-to-day operations in the Norfolk, VA office, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
