Operations Manager- Night Shift
About the role
The Operations Manager-Night Shift will report to the Design Delivery Center Director to oversee daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the Design and Delivery Center (DDC). They will be accountable for day-to-day production and service delivery, ensuring client commitments are met while driving operational excellence and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and shape the DDC's evolving operating model.
- Maintain safe working environments and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor departments daily and identify and report on inefficiencies and successes.
- Manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLA standards.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for production and client issues, collaborating with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of production leadership experience, preferably at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail or production expertise.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, assessing situations quickly, and managing workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLA standards.
- Open to working a Night shift work schedule with on-call responsibilities.
- Use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Be able to stand/walk for 95% of the shift and bend, stoop, and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Be proficient in English in a business environment.

Pay
$74,409.65 - $119,052.96
