Operations Manager - Multiple Sites

Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, facilities, safety, and security of multiple TES and IRL locations. Based at our South Pasadena headquarters, this is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operations professional who knows how to lead teams, manage multiple sites, negotiate leases, oversee vendors, and solve problems directly. This is not a purely administrative or delegating role. We’re looking for a leader who is present, engaged, accountable, and willing to roll up their sleeves alongside their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations across multiple locations, including regular site visits
• Provide hands-on leadership to facility teams, janitorial staff, vendors, and contractors
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and landlord relationships
• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, upgrades, and capital projects
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and facility partnerships
• Ensure facilities meet OSHA, ADA, fire, building, safety, and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee property, liability, business insurance, and workers’ compensation programs and claims
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness
• Partner with leadership on new sites, relocations, organizational growth, and facility planning

Requirements

• Significant experience managing multi-site operations, facilities, or a similar environment
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams in a hands-on capacity
• Strong experience with commercial leases, negotiations, renewals, and landlord relationships
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, facility projects, and service agreements
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who takes ownership and follows issues through to completion
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% between locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as regular travel between company locations is required
• DOJ/FBI Background Check
• Current TB test

Pay

$6933.33 - $7637.28/monthly

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
