Operations Manager - Lodge

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and developing team members in a hospitality setting within a national park. Key duties include maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws, managing payroll, recruiting and training staff, and fostering effective communication across all organizational levels. They analyze business performance, identify operational opportunities such as sales growth, inventory management, waste reduction, and labor costs, and implement strategies to enhance business outcomes. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting special projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations are essential. Qualifications include a minimum of five years’ experience in operations management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
