The Operations Manager - Injection Molding Medical Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the production processes within a medical manufacturing facility. The role involves managing teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of production workers to improve productivity and quality.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and quality control.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with injection molding processes and medical device manufacturing is preferred.
