What You'll Do
As a MOM's leader, you will:
- Positively impact the store environment

- Manage multiple stores
- Work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
How It Works
The MIT program focuses on building MOM's future leaders by emphasizing leadership training. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be created with learning goals and regular check-ins to track progress. Managers in training will earn $25.00/hour for the duration of the program.
Length of Program
Candidates will typically be on a 12-month plan, though the length can vary based on experience and other factors. During the program, you will work in at least two stores to gain varied experiences.
Scheduling
MOM's stores are open between 4am and 11pm, 7 days a week. Expect to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Compensation
Managers in training will earn $25.00/hour for the duration of the program.
Growth Path
Upon completing the MIT program, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Department Manager or Assistant General Manager, with potential paths to store leadership and beyond.
