We are expanding and looking for people to join our team in the Chicago area and beyond! Our Mount Prospect store will open in October 2026. Do you want to be a manager at MOM's? The MIT program provides a structured and supported framework to grow MOM's future leaders. Responsibilities

• Mastering tasks such as ordering and schedule writing
• Working in a minimum of two stores during the program
• Gaining experience with varying sales volumes
• Learning to work with different management styles
• Addressing a variety of unique challenges faced at MOM's locations
