Overview
The MIT program at MOM's provides a structured and supported framework for professional growth, focusing on leadership development through an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and regular check-ins. Candidates will work in multiple stores to gain diverse experiences and will earn $25.00/hour during the 12-month program, which can be shorter based on experience. Upon completion, there is an opportunity to advance to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store environment and customer experience
- Manage inventory and staffing schedules
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Experience managing inventory and scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule
MOM's stores operate between 4am and 11pm, 7 days a week. Expect to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
