Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the field organization, including Service Technicians, Installers, Sales & Design Consultants, and the Install Coordination team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong operational performancePartner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth objectivesCoach, develop, and hold managers and team members accountable to clearly defined performance expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvementDrive key operational and financial metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, technician productivity, maintenance membership growth, install efficiency, close rates, and customer satisfactionOptimize staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and capacity planning to maximize productivity, efficiency, and daily revenueIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency, profitability, and the overall customer experienceBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, servant leadership, and operational excellence while maintaining high employee engagementAnalyze operational performance, identify trends and opportunities, and use data to make informed decisions that improve business resultsPartner with department leaders to ensure alignment between Sales, Service, Installation, and Install Coordination, creating a seamless customer experience from the initial call through project completionCommunicate priorities, expectations, and performance clearly while providing coaching and feedback that develops future leadersLead through change with confidence, creating structure, consistency, and accountability as the business continues to grow Qualifications: Proven operational leadership experience within the residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry, including at least five (5) years leading teams in a sales-driven organization generating $25 million or more in annual revenueProven success leading operations in a sales-driven residential home services organizationExperience managing Service Technicians, Installers, Sales Consultants, Install Coordinators, or other field operations teamsStrong understanding of residential service and installation operations, including workflow management, scheduling, capacity planning, and labor optimizationDemonstrated ability to coach leaders, develop high-performing teams, and build a culture of accountabilityDeep understanding of operational KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, close rates, maintenance membership growth, install efficiency, and technician productivityExperience implementing operational improvements that increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfactionComfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational executionExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadershipA competitive, results-oriented leader who naturally takes ownership, drives execution, and inspires others to perform at a high level If you're looking for an opportunity to join an industry leader where your leadership will directly influence the growth of the business, the success of your team, and the customer experience, we'd love to have a confidential conversation with you.
