The 80-room Holiday Inn Express - Ardmore, OK, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the team and enhance the property's performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and housekeeping operations
- Utilize IHG experience and strong customer service skills
- Focus on training and maintaining building structure across departments
- Monitor and control hotel revenue and expenses for profitability
- Work closely with the General Manager for guidance and support
- Be accessible via cell phone at all times
- Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and financial leadership
Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Desk and Housekeeping
- Strong preference for IHG experience
- Proficiency in Opera / Holidex
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Professional demeanor and conduct
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Financial acumen to manage the hotel’s budget
- Ability to motivate and lead team members for peak performance
