About the role

Our team is seeking really dynamic leaders. Nan's Kitchen is expanding its little vegetable and chicken restaurant to new towns around the commonwealth. We are looking to partner with inspiring, dynamic and motivated people leaders to help us nurture and grow our teams in the same way our chefs nurture and tend to our vegetables. Requirements

• 7‑10 years leading teams in a high volume food service environment
• Some back‑of‑house experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Extremely strong organizational skills
• Systems‑orientated manager
• Strong background in training (a plus)
• Extremely strong administrative skills
• Restaurant Rescue experience (a plus)
• Experience with COGS and steering restaurant profitability
• Strong experience with P&L construction

Pay

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
