Operations Manager Full-Time Hourly Jackson

With over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, United Skates of America is seeking an energetic, dependable Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson Township, NJ. Our roller-skating facility features roller and inline skating, an arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and birthday parties. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor sales, labor, and expenses, and support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Help develop and carry out sales and marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, staff, and budgets.
• Ability to work with sales and expense reports and contribute to financial goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another high-volume environment preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to the Jackson Township area.

Pay

$24.00 per hour, approximately 40 hours per week.

Schedule

Full-time, hourly position; approximately 40 hours per week. Day, evening, and night shifts; weekend availability required. Reports to the Regional Manager. Travel required for one to two weeks of company-compensated training.
