Operations Manager - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, enforcing policies, and ensuring proper staffing.
• Collaborate to enhance quality programs and track performance.
• Manage budgets, report, and take corrective actions for fiscal responsibility.
• Maintain clean, efficient facilities, oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance, and evaluate rack space needs.
• Oversee daily shred operations, audit critical account activities, and reconcile shred functions.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers in person and via phone.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma, forklift certification, valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background.
• Problem-solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and physical capability to perform job duties.
• Willingness to handle responsibilities in disaster recovery and service environments, including physical work and emergency coverage.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks as required.
