Operations Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Manager – Environmental Services (EVS) to oversee hospital EVS operations, lead frontline teams, and support patient throughput while ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Include Leading second shift EVS staff, coaching, developing, and maintaining performance and safety standards.Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in patient rooms, procedural areas, public spaces, and support departments.Managing staffing, assignments, productivity, and responding to urgent service needs.Building strong relationships with hospital leadership, addressing concerns, and supporting a patient-first culture.Supporting financial and operational performance through labor management, inventory, and departmental goals.Ensuring compliance with infection prevention, OSHA, and hospital policies, and supporting safety protocols. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years healthcare EVS experience preferred, especially in hospital or acute care settings.Supervisory or management experience leading frontline teams.Knowledge of infection prevention, healthcare cleaning standards, and regulatory requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to support a 24/7 healthcare environment, including second shift.
