About the role
Responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of foundation structures. Manage projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion
- Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
- Communicate regularly with clients to maintain project visibility and satisfaction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to resolve issues and improve project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of foundation engineering principles
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
