Operations Manager - Foundation Division

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of foundation structures. Manage projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain project visibility and satisfaction
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to resolve issues and improve project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of foundation engineering principles

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
