Operations Manager, EVS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service are consistently achieved and maintained.
• Oversee staff compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Assist with DNV and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with departmental staff, unit staff, facility leadership, visitors, and patients.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of medical housekeeping experience.
• One year of previous leadership experience.
