Backed by a field-first leadership culture and a strong commitment to employee development, the business has experienced significant growth over the past several years and is positioned for continued expansion Job Description Lead regional operations for major mission critical and electrical construction projects.Develop, mentor, and expand project management, field leadership, and operations teams.Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.Partner with clients and executive leadership to support long-term business growth.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities.Oversee the successful execution of large, complex projects valued between $200M-$400M+. The Successful Applicant Extensive leadership experience within electrical construction, mission critical, or data center environments.Proven success managing teams and operations at a director, operations manager, regional manager, or executive project leadership level.Strong experience delivering large-scale projects with values exceeding $200M.Ability to build teams, attract talent, and create a high-performance culture.Strong business acumen with experience managing operational and financial performance.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
