About the role
Hoist & Crane Service Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage business operations and profitability
- Assist planners with scheduling, maintaining job costs, procurement, and accounting functions
- Evaluate the financial impacts of field operations on branch performance
- Work with the Branch Manager to meet Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field or industrial office management experience
- Accounting experience – AP/AR/Payroll (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with computers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
