Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
- Hold field teams accountable for attendance, performance, and service standards.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Train and support cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
- Monitor staffing, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
- Support operational improvements and maintain company standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on operations management experience in commercial cleaning
- Proven experience managing commercial cleaning crews in the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
Pay
$60,000–$65,000 annually
Schedule
Monday–Friday schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
