Operations Manager - Commercial Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Hold field teams accountable for attendance, performance, and service standards.
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
• Train and support cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor staffing, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
• Support operational improvements and maintain company standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on operations management experience in commercial cleaning
• Proven experience managing commercial cleaning crews in the field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
• Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass a background check

Pay

$60,000–$65,000 annually

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
