Maintain Licensing and Certification

Maintain licensing and / or certification necessary for the position as dictated by the state that allows the application of our solutions and protocols.

Coordination and Management

• Coordinate, manage, monitor, and motivate the field and office personnel’s daily activities and duties within the organization.
• Ensure all protocols are followed to include customer service, applying our 21-day barrier treatment, safety and PPE and uniform standards are followed consistently.
• Ensure Customer Service scripts are followed to maximize average check.

Fleet Maintenance

Ensure the company’s fleet of vehicles are maintained and in compliance with state and Mosquito Authority standards.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Provide reporting and review financial data in a timely manner.
• Utilize financial data to improve profitability within the unit and function within the parameters of operational budgets.

Strategic Planning and Monitoring

• Plan effective strategies and monitor existing strategies for the financial well-being of the organization.

Hiring and Staffing

• Organize recruitment and hiring of required field staff.
• Establish work schedules to work load.
• Ensure training requirements are in accordance with Federal, State and Local jurisdictions.

Liaison Role

• Act as a liaison with ownership, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One to three years pest control experience preferred
• One to three years of a successful track record managing others
• Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
