Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
