This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards. Schedule Varied days, start time: 10 am to 8 pm Must-Have Skills Transportation operations experienceRouting and dispatching experienceWarehouse management experience What You’ll Do Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptionsSupport drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshootingTrain and onboard new team membersBuild, manage, and adjust office and driver schedulesOrder and maintain office suppliesPrepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readinessCollaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performanceReview payroll and resolve discrepanciesProcess reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptionsOversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locationsTrack recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements Daily & Weekly Responsibilities Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolutionMonitor compliance with check-ins, paperwork, and routing standardsReview next-day delivery plans and adjust schedules as neededSubmit nightly operations recap reportsAttend weekly planning and operations meetingsConduct inventory checks and order supplies Success Metrics On-time and complete delivery performanceDriver satisfaction and engagement scoresEmployee retention and safety complianceLabor hours and productivity versus goalsFleet damage and repair cost management Temco Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
