Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of daily distribution operations
- Development and implementation of strategic plans for communication and logistics management
- Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics
- Collaboration with other departments to align distribution processes with organizational goals
- Leadership and mentoring of a diverse team of distribution staff
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Preparation of reports and presentations on operational performance
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management
- Proven experience in a hands-on management role
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
