Operations Manager

Job Summary

This position is an onsite role requiring 5 days working onsite per week at our designated Jacksonville, FL office.

About the Role

Manages and coordinates operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s), ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers. Leads high performance teams by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees. Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility. Reviews and improves operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Familiarity with Tungsten Total Agility
• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
• Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent supervisory and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay Range

$66,640.00 - $78,400.00
