Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business and operational functions.
  • Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and operational initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and process improvements.
  • Cooking recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team accountability.
  • Improve the overall client experience through effective communication and streamlined processes.
  • Support technology initiatives, automation, and operational efficiencies.
  • Cook with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure projects remain on track.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Operations Management, Office Management, or Business Management experience within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience creating scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and business management software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred.
