Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business and operational functions.
- Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and operational initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting to leadership.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and process improvements.
- Cooking recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team accountability.
- Improve the overall client experience through effective communication and streamlined processes.
- Support technology initiatives, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Cook with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure projects remain on track.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management, Office Management, or Business Management experience within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience creating scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and business management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred.
