Key Responsibilities
- Cook up close with Project Managers to ensure successful execution and completion of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet budget and timeline targets.
- Lead regular project status meetings to maintain strong communication and accountability.
- Strategically allocate manpower, equipment, and materials across projects for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of project resources.
- Implement operational process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Lead a team of supervisors, installers, and subcontractors with a focus on quality, accountability, and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training, and performance feedback to elevate team performance.
- Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Identify and support opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
- Enforce safety protocols in line with industry regulations and ISG standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of operational or field management experience in the specialty trade contractor space.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems.
- Deep understanding of construction safety standards and quality control.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
