About the role

Lead commercial construction cleaning and general trades operations for a major three-year expansion project at the Greensboro PTI Airport. Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, client executives, and airport superintendents, overseeing multi-trade scope delivery across varying project phases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, client executives, and airport superintendents.
• Oversee multi-trade scope delivery (fencing, security equipment, trailers, and deep cleaning) across varying project phases.
• Manage project finances, allowances, subcontractor invoices, and documentation with precision.
• Act as a hands-on Facilities Project Manager, directing field crews and maintaining strict FAA/airport safety and security standards.
• Maintain complete schedule flexibility to support 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift milestones as project demands evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial construction, project management, or specialty trades management.
• Strong subcontractor oversight and financial administration experience.
• Ability to pass federal/airport background checks and security badging.
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible mindset ready to support dynamic shift schedules and multi-site responsibilities in Greensboro.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial construction, large-scale general trades, or specialized facility project management. (Airport construction experience is a plus.)
• Exceptional vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage budget allowances, paper trails, and job cost reporting effectively.
• Safety and security mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.

Pay

Competitive base pay + Operational Performance Incentive Plan (up to 20% bonus potential).

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 hrs/week).
• Flexible Shift Availability Required (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift adaptability based on construction project phases).
• Local Travel Only (No Overnight Travel).
