- Adhere to and promote TEAM’s Core Values
- Supports and manages billable operations, including scheduling
- Responds to safety incidents and issues, conducting Root Cause investigations, Near Miss tracking, Preventative Action development, and Corrective Actions
- Works internally to resolve customer quality concerns and log Non-Conformance Reports
- Ensures vendors are properly vetted and classified as approved suppliers
- Acts as a liaison between customers and vendors/internal groups to resolve conflicts
- Reviews customer work records for thorough documentation, purchase orders, and clear item/equipment usage for costing and pricing
- Coordinates material and equipment purchases/orders to meet customer requirements
- Manages technician personnel activities, including annual evaluations, coaching, and merit increases
- Facilitates technician growth and development by aligning training and experience opportunities with the Technician Career Path and Technical Training plans
- Monitors technician training, both internal and customer-specific, and manages the field evaluation process
- Evaluates crew mix to achieve maximum profitability
- Monitors technician utilization to control non-billable hours and improve District profitability
- Schedules technicians in Team Apps and verifies hours worked and expenses
- Prepares customer quotations and prices completed job packages
- Manages purchasing activity and works with vendors to ensure timely receipt of District costs
- Manages District inventory, places orders through Manufacturing, and participates in the Quarterly Cycle count process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or industry-related field preferred
- Five (5) plus years of industry-related experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Previous experience working in an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Travel requirement: up to 50%
