About the role

The Operations Manager ensures the seamless operation of the venue and oversees all activities related to service and entertainment. With a focus on team and guest experience, this role balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless venue operations and oversee service and entertainment activities.
• Maintain operational excellence with a focus on team and guest experience.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen and leadership ability.
• Manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Operate at a high level under the direction of the management team.
• Handle confidential information and issues with discretion and sound judgment.
• Meet physical and scheduling demands, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within a high-volume, quality cocktail bar/venue.
• Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Card, SNHD Health Card, and TAM Card.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Strong leadership ability and financial acumen.
• Ability to manage under pressure and make real-time decisions.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. Determination of specific pay within this range depends on factors such as prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
