Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, financial processes, and practice efficiency across multiple locations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire administrative and clinical support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high morale
- Develop systems to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless patient experiences
- Partner with doctors and leadership to align operations with practice goals, growth strategies, and community impact
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality of care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Drive innovation by integrating technology and process improvements to support both team performance and patient satisfaction
- Actively contribute to long-term strategy, growth planning, and organizational success
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Graduate degree such as MBA or MHA preferred)
- Proven experience in operations, healthcare management, or multi-department leadership
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable growth
- Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Tech-forward and comfortable with EHR/EDR, Microsoft Office, and modern practice management tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
